Beyond India
We plan outside India the way we plan inside it — regionally, seasonally, and with people on the ground we have worked with for years. Our perspective is unavoidably Indian: we notice the spice routes, the Buddhist circuits, the colonial-era links, the diaspora restaurants worth the detour. Africa and Asia are where most of our work beyond India lives. We will add Oceania and Europe when we are ready to do them properly.
