Malaysia
Malaysia is two coasts, two seasons, and one of the great underrated food cultures. Penang's shophouse streets and Langkawi's west-coast calm belong to the winter months; the east-coast islands — clear water, quiet reefs — open with the spring. Kuala Lumpur anchors it all with a night-market energy that never really closes. We route east or west by month, never both by accident.
